We are thrilled to highlight the incredible work of Prof. Nigel Barltrop over the past two years, as he has closely collaborated with Fathom Group on a series of commercial and internal R&D projects. Prof. Barltrop, author of Dynamics of Fixed Marine Structures, former Head of Department at Atkins and the University of Glasgow and Emeritus and Research Professor at the University of Strathclyde, has brought his extensive expertise in Naval Architecture, Ocean, and Marine Engineering to help deliver these ground-breaking projects.

In addition to his academic achievements, Prof. Barltrop’s key appointments in industry and experience and as an expert witness on high profile cases, brings a wealth of practical experience. His industry insights have been invaluable in bridging the gap between theoretical research and real-world applications.
